Laminine® for Mood Enhancement and Relief from Depression

Depression is caused by many external factors, including stress. In the brain, the serotonin uptake and release mechanism is affected. Laminine contains the amino acid Lysine; derived from PESE and vegetable proteins. The combination of these two components delivers a higher level of Lysine in the OPT9 than either ingredient would by itself. Lysine is known to regulate serotonin levels in the brain.

Some 20 million people worldwide experience depression serious enough to warrant being placed on prescription medication. Many, an estimated 16 to 30 percent, who take such drugs experience sexual dysfunction as a side effect. Some medical experts believe the true number of people experiencing this side effect may be as high as 78 percent due to the fact that the condition often goes unreported by patients. Clinical studies have shown that Laminine may be beneficial in enhancing libido among those taking antidepressants.

Many people taking Laminine report a pronounced improvement in their mood and an increased ability to manage stress on a daily basis. A greater overall engage with others and desire to accomplish things.

It's no wonder we have had reports of many positive effects of Laminine® with people suffering from Alzheimer's syndrome, ADD, ADHD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder and so many people report an overall increase in memory capacity and sharper, clearer thought processes.

Severe Depression and Teens - Antidepressants May Not Be the Answer. Laminine® can help!

The National Institute of Mental Health estimates that about 5% of American teenagers suffer from Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Treatment options for teens and youngsters are far more complicated than for their adult counterparts, because there is very little clinical data available about the effects of common antidepressant medications for teenagers.

More and more, clinicians are beginning to recognise that simple and natural strategies and treatment options that do not include potentially harmful drugs, can have a longer lasting, positive impact on these teens.

Last month, after a desperate mother phoned me to tell me that nothing seemed to be working for her daughter, who has suffered with clinical depression and suicidal tendencies since losing her father in the Iraq War. Medications only seemed to make things worse, or turn her into what her mother called, "an emotionless zombie".

I recommended that she start her daughter on Laminine - an organic whole-food supplement, created as a result of the breakthrough research of a Canadian doctor, which has been clinically documented to help the body raise serotonin levels naturally. Additionally, I recommended that for the first thirty days, she and her daughter take at least thirty minutes every morning outside, and that she refrain from using the computer, cellphones or tablet devices in bed, or during the last hour before she goes to sleep.

Yesterday, her mother called me, crying, because she has her "little girl" back again. "She came to breakfast, smiling, and gave me a hug for the first time since her father's funeral."

If you know someone who suffers from clinical depression, sleep disorders, anxiety, or any kind of neurological problems, please consider getting in touch with us, so that we can provide you with some clinical documentation to share with your regular family physician.

Lives are being saved every day, because we're giving the body what it needs to restore balance (homeostasis), and reintroducing the missing fibroblastic growth factors (FGF) that help the body activate more stem cells to go to work where they are most needed for healing and balance.

Research on the most effective antidepressants for teenagers and the possible side effects of these treatment plans is still largely unfinished. What is known is that an alarming number of new diagnoses are being made every month, and the number of teens suffering from major depressive disorders is higher than at any time in history.

According to figures published by the National Centre for Health Statistics, an alarming 5% of American youth, between the ages of 12 and 19 are currently using antidepressant medication, and the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report that more than half of those youth have been on these medications for more than two years.

Initial findings and sobering statistics have demonstrated that almost 5% of teens taking SSRI antidepressants exhibit suicidal behaviours.

According to David Ramirez, clinical psychologist at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania, most doctors prescribe antidepressants because they do not want the symptoms of depression to worsen.

However, he is of the opinion that feelings of anxiety, stress and sadness have become a 'base-line phenomenac for the diagnosis of mental illness. Chances are that every teenager who experiences these feelings may not actually be suffering from depression.
